IT That Works Anywhere. Rooted in the Pacific Northwest.
Pacific Northwest roots, clients nationwide. Remote-first by design, with on-site resources available when you need them.
Our Pacific Northwest Home Base
Most of our clients are outside the Pacific Northwest. Cloud-native architecture means it doesn't matter where your team works — the service is the same. The PNW is home base, not a boundary.

Learn MoreFrequently Asked Questions
Common questions about how our service footprint works.
Do I need to be in one of these cities to work with Athencia?
No. Those cities are where we have on-site presence in the Pacific Northwest. We work with firms across the US. Where you are determines whether we can drive to you, not whether we can help you.
How does on-site availability work?
Most of what we do happens remotely and proactively — that's the point of building on cloud infrastructure. When something genuinely needs physical presence, like hardware, network infrastructure, or a complex deployment, we have resources we can dispatch. For clients in Greater Seattle, that's typically within 4 business hours. For clients elsewhere, we coordinate what's needed.
Can you operate across multiple locations?
Yes. That's actually where cloud-native infrastructure earns its keep. Whether you have two offices across the Eastside or locations in four states, the security posture, device management, and monitoring are consistent across all of it.
What industries do you work with?
Firms where a breach or a technology failure doesn't just create an IT problem — it costs clients. Law firms, accounting and CPA firms, financial advisors, healthcare practices, architecture and engineering firms, insurance brokerages, real estate and title companies. The common thread is that trust is the product, and technology failure is an existential risk to that trust.
