AI Integration Services

Your team is already
using AI. You just might not know about it yet.

58% of small businesses now use generative AI. Most of them adopted it without a policy, without telling IT, and without thinking about what happens when client data ends up in someone else's model.

Your people aren't being reckless. They're trying to work faster. But when an associate pastes a client contract into ChatGPT, or an accountant runs financials through some tool they found on their own, that's a problem you need to know about.

We help you get ahead of it. Not by locking everything down, but by putting governance and guardrails in place so your team can actually use AI without the risk.

What we do

Four ways to get started

Most firms start with an assessment. Some already know they need Copilot. Pick wherever makes sense.

AI Readiness Assessment

See where you stand before you start.

We spend 1-2 weeks digging into your Microsoft 365 tenant: who's using what AI tools, what permissions are too loose, and whether you're actually ready for Copilot. You get a scored report with a prioritized roadmap. Think of it as an IT health check, but for AI.

Fixed fee · 1-2 weeks · Includes scored AI Health Report

AI Governance & Copilot Deployment

Deploy AI on a foundation you can trust.

We lock down your tenant, write the AI acceptable use policies, configure sensitivity labels and DLP, then roll out Copilot in phases with training tailored to each role. The full lifecycle from 'everyone's winging it' to 'we have a system.'

Project fee + per-user/month · 4-8 weeks initial · Quarterly reviews

AI Agents & Automation

Put AI to work on the tasks that slow you down.

We build AI agents that actually do work: pull client intake info from emails, sort incoming documents, summarize meetings, flag contract red lines. Each one is scoped as a fixed-price project with access controls baked in.

Fixed fee per project · 2-8 weeks depending on scope

Workshops & Training

Know what AI can do for your firm. And what it shouldn't.

'AI Reality Check' sessions for firm leaders. Hands-on Copilot training for staff. No hype, no jargon. Your team walks out knowing what to use, what to avoid, and why it matters for your clients.

Why Athencia

This isn't a pivot. It's the obvious next step.

I've spent 30+ years inside Microsoft's stack. I know where the data lives, how permissions actually work, and what breaks when you move fast without a foundation. That's the same stuff that matters when you're deploying AI tools on top of Microsoft 365.

I'm not just talking about AI agents. I'm building them. Athencia runs on custom automation I've developed — middleware that bridges monitoring tools to ticketing systems, bots that handle reminders and escalations, internal tooling that ties everything together. When I deploy Copilot or build an agent for your firm, it's coming from the same hands-on work, not a slide deck.

I don't outsource this. I don't hand it off to a junior tech. You're working with me.

Who this is for

Your clients trust you with their data. AI shouldn't change that.

Law Firms

Your associates are already using ChatGPT on client matters. Attorney-client privilege doesn't extend to third-party AI models. We help you adopt AI with policies that protect your clients and your practice.

CPA & Accounting Firms

AI can speed up tax prep, audit support, and client advisory work. But your client's financial data needs to stay exactly where it belongs. We set up the guardrails so your team can move fast without the exposure.

Financial Advisors

SEC and FINRA are watching how advisors use AI. We help you adopt it proactively — with governance that satisfies regulators and clients — before someone tells you how.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need Microsoft 365 to work with you on AI?

Most of our AI work runs on top of Microsoft 365, so yes. If you're on Google Workspace we can still do the readiness assessment and governance piece, but Copilot itself requires M365.

What's shadow AI and why should I care?

Shadow AI is when your team uses AI tools that IT doesn't know about. Someone pastes a client contract into ChatGPT, someone else runs financials through a random summarizer they found online. The data leaves your control and you have no record of it. We map this exposure in every assessment we do.

How long does a typical Copilot deployment take?

4-8 weeks for the initial rollout. That covers hardening your tenant, writing the policies, and training users in waves. We come back quarterly to review what's working and update policies. If your M365 environment is already well-managed, we can compress the timeline.

Can you build custom AI agents for our specific workflows?

Yes. Every agent is scoped to your specific workflow. We look at what data it touches, who should have access, and what compliance rules apply. Client intake, document sorting, meeting summaries, contract review — those are the ones we build most often.

Do we need Athencia One or Athencia One Complete to use AI Services?

No. AI services work on their own. That said, a lot of clients also run Athencia One or Complete because having the M365 management and security monitoring already in place makes the AI rollout go faster and with fewer surprises.
