Can multiple people access the portal?
Yes. We set up access for key stakeholders in your organization. Each user gets their own login, and you control who has access.
What happens when I escalate from the portal?
Clicking escalate creates a ticket with full context—we already know your environment, so you don't have to explain anything. For Athencia One clients, escalated work is billed hourly. For Athencia One Complete clients, it's included.
