Our consultants combine technical competence with business judgment. They can lead client work, explain decisions, assess risk, and design technology around the requirements it needs to meet.

Ownership means understanding the outcome, coordinating the people involved, and raising problems early enough to act on them.

Deep technical specialists

We bring in specialists where the work requires focused expertise. That may include Microsoft 365 and identity, endpoint management, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, migrations and integrations, automation and AI, or resilience and recovery.

The disciplines vary with the work. Technical depth matters alongside the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients.

How we recruit

We do not maintain a standing list of generic openings. When Athencia needs a particular capability, we recruit deliberately through our network and targeted searches.
